The Minister of Communications Science and Technology, Mr Tšoinyane Rapapa on Thursday officiated the launch of Vodacom Foundation Insight Centre-a library for the blind and visually impaired person worth 2 million. Giving his remarks, Mr Rapapa commended Vodacom Foundation for bringing digital literacy to ensure that the visually impaired person does not feel left out. A 55-year-old employee bit off the metaphorical hand of her employer, 55 times by defrauding the company of R1 601 890-57 over a three-year period. EMPLOYEE MANIPULATED FIGURESPolice spokesperson Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli said Elaine Heuer, an employee at the company for 32 years, shrewdly manipulated figures and the debtors system.
