Burkina 24 Donates One Million FCFA to Presidential Initiative Faso Mebo

Ouagadougou: The online media outlet Burkina 24 has made a significant contribution to the presidential initiative Faso Mebo. On Thursday, the organization donated flower pots, ornamental flowers, and manure with a total estimated value of one million CFA francs to support the project.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Executive Director of Burkina 24, Farida Zonon, emphasized that the gesture is intended to support the national effort spearheaded by the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore. The initiative aims to enhance the environment and create a healthier and more pleasant living space for the citizens.

Ms. Zonon elaborated that the choice to donate flowerpots was driven by her team’s desire to contribute to the beautification of public spaces as a means of nation-building. “This is a way for us to contribute to building a resilient and unique Burkina Faso,” she stated.

In addition, she called on all citizens to participate in the Faso Mebo initiative, encouraging them to contribute whatever they can to improve the living environment according to their means.

This contribution from Burkina 24 adds to the growing number of citizen efforts in support of the Faso Mebo initiative, which symbolizes a national effort towards the construction and sovereignty of Burkina Faso.
