Houet: The primary school grounds of Satiri, a village located about 45 kilometers from Bobo-Dioulasso, in the Houet province, hosted the grand finale of the 4th edition of the Fraternity Tournament on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The event was held under the theme: “Citizen participation in social cohesion and the reconquest of the national territory.”

According to Burkina Information Agency, the match pitted FC Immoza de Wattalana, in blue, against FC Barrage, in red. After a balanced and committed match, the score remained goalless at the end of regulation time. FC Immoza won 1-0 in a penalty shootout, thus securing the trophy.

The winning team received an envelope of 75,000 CFA francs, a set of jerseys, a ball and the tournament trophy, while the unfortunate finalist left with 50,000 CFA francs, a ball and a set of jerseys.

The tournament promoter, Locsi Traore, welcomed the strong turnout of the public and praised the spirit of brotherhood that prevailed, a pledge, according to him, of living together and social cohesion in Satiri and its surrounding areas.
