Nairobi: The Turkana County Government has taken a proactive step to address concerns arising from illegal mining activities in Kainuk, Naduat, and Suguta areas. In a stakeholders’ meeting convened to tackle environmental and community issues linked to mining operations, Deputy Governor Dr. John Erus emphasized the importance of public participation.
