Ouagadougou: Zondoma high school graduates were welcomed upon their return from the patriotic immersion by High Commissioner Aboubacar Sidiki Nabe, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. After a month spent in Ouahigouya, the capital of the Yaadga region, the first class of patriotic immersion students has returned. They were welcomed by the provincial head of state, Aboubacar Sidiki Nabe, accompanied by the Provincial Director of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training (DPESFPT) of Zondoma, Sadou Ouedraogo.
According to Burkina Information Agency, High Commissioner Aboubacar Sidiki Nabe expressed satisfaction with the exemplary behavior displayed by the students during their stay in Ouahigouya. He urged the graduates to utilize the knowledge gained to contribute to the development of the nation. The commissioner listened to the young participants discuss the content of their training.
The volunteers shared their experiences with enthusiasm, highlighting modules on civics, patriotism, order and discipline, and living together. This educational initiative aimed to instill values and skills necessary for national development.
A total of 451 high school graduates took part in the first edition of the patriotic immersion program in the province of Zondoma, marking a significant step in fostering national unity and commitment among the youth.
